We are excited to announce that the Technology Readiness Council (TRC) has joined the EdEvents Community!
TRC is dedicated to raising standards for schools, technology professionals, and educational providers. They provide audit tools, support, and training to help schools and individuals navigate the complexities of Technology in Education, AI, data privacy, cyber threats, and more. By partnering with the TRC, schools can leverage technology as a strategic asset, ensuring data privacy and student safety, and gaining a competitive advantage.
“Children need to be equipped with the skills necessary to best solve tomorrow’s problems. The TRC is the only organisation which prepares ed-tech professionals with the skills to improve a school’s technological infrastructure in harmony with a future-oriented view of teaching needs,” said Wolfgang Soeldner, TRC Board Member.
“As a non-profit organisation made up of a network of senior educators and IT leaders from more than 20 countries around the world, the TRC blends experience with an up-to-date analysis of future trends and opportunities. Our network is well-connected in the world of educational technology and our team of experts, together with approved consultants, use a blend of questionnaires, on-line modules, live events and personal visits (to schools) to assess, monitor, and perform training assignments.”
As part of their EdEvents membership, all TRC events will be listed in the EdEvents Directory throughout the academic year. This partnership makes it easier for educators and schools to find and take advantage of valuable professional opportunities by simply checking the latest EdEvents listings and news.
