Pastoral Counsellor

The role of Counsellor at Dwight Seoul is a central role to student support and success. A counselor guides student academic achievement by being a positive change agent and willing to lead by example. The ideal candidate is a positive and motivated individual who carries some counseling background or experience having worked in an international school environment. He/she is able to work closely with principals and teachers to develop and deliver
a highly effective counseling program. This position will focus primarily on Social-Emotional counseling. Counselors are expected to conduct workshops covering relevant topics for staff, parents and students. Applicants should have current up to date knowledge on child protection policies and be able to safeguard our community.
